SASAK Corporation's Construction Team is responsible for satisfying the Construction and
Project Management needs of the company. Our team has the expertise in both new construction and renovation of existing projects. Specializing in all aspects of construction, we are prepared to undertake any project from inception through completion. Areas of expertise include design, contract negotiations, construction monitoring, construction progress meetings, applications for payment change order review and FF&E purchasing. Our early involvement in all aspects of new construction or renovation projects yields more reliable estimates of project costs and completion schedules. |

Our team works with operations to evaluate the requirements, weighing costs with measured benefits of increased revenue and/or profitability. Our construction team facilitates a project with frequent site visits to monitor contract compliance and superior workmanship. Once a project is completed, SASAK Corporation will make sure all contractor obligations are satisfied prior to opening the establishment for business. This includes any deficient items remaining after receipt of the certificate of occupancy.
